I would tell them to buy crypto when it's low in cost, and sell it when it reaches a peak to make profit.

Treat exchanges like public toilets. Enter, do your business, exit.

Only invest what you are willing to lose, is a big one. Markets are moving so fast you never know what’s going to happen.

Honestly would advise them not to hold coins for a long period, cause most times people run into loses via that means.

You said it right))) I have already been offered all sorts of adventures when they find out that I am new to this business. But it's good that I have friends who tell me what to do.

You should shy away from investing into something you know little, to nothing, about. But if you do decide to invest into something you know little, to nothing about, my only suggestion is "Do not invest more than you can afford to lose." In other words, "Expect to lose most, if not all of what you are investing."
