Why are there crypto topics in offtopic?

I just joined this forum, and I notice that there are a bunch of crypto topics here in the offtopic section. Do these really belong here? With the entire forum being so cryptocentric, the offtopic section should be for non-crypto related topics I reason.

@Vipe, for now I just had to move the low quality posts here. Later I will (re-)sort everything better. Don't know why people don't post more non-crypto related topics here.

For stuff that's so low quality that you don't know where to put it, there's always the garbage bin.
